Job Title: Product Owner - Wealth Management (BFSI)

Location: Oaks, PA (Hybrid 4 days a week)

Experience: 8-15 Years

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products and platforms supporting Wealth Management business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, advisors, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
• The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams.

Act as the primary decision-maker for product-related priorities and requirements.

Develop a strong understanding of custodial platforms, data domains, and business processes to support product and integration initiatives.

Define and validate source-to-target data mappings and transformation requirements for enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions.

Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure custodial data extracts are accurately mapped and transformed into target data models.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in the BFSI domain
• 3+ years as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Strong understanding in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment & Portfolio Management, Brokerage Operations, Financial Advisory, Retirement Products, Managed Accounts, and Client Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with Mutual Funds, ETFs, Equities, and Fixed Income products.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum, product backlog management, user story creation, roadmap planning, release management, and prioritization.
• Good understanding of Digital Wealth Platforms, Salesforce CRM, APIs, Microservices, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, data analytics, reporting, and integration technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

CFA, CFP, or Wealth Management certifications preferred

Experience with platforms such as: Charles River, Aladdin, Pershing, Fidelity Wealthscape, Envestnet, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
