Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• We highly value experience in research and work with social organizations, NGOs, or social impact initiatives, especially in settings involving vulnerable groups and confidential information.
• We need three to five years of experience implementing information systems, managing data, ensuring data quality, or supporting analytical processes in medium or large organizations.
• We look for experience designing and administering data capture and storage systems that support analysis, visualization, automation, and reporting with key insights and recommendations.
• We value experience in data analysis, beneficiary information systems, and data collection or visualization tools that support monitoring, stronger decision-making, and networked collaboration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is desirable.
• We require Spanish at Level 4-Advanced and English at Level 5-Fluent.

• We will have you assess, structure, and consolidate data from Regional Foundations by reviewing current sources and creating a standardized model with segmentation fields such as entity type, region, topic, and target population.
• We will have you develop practical templates, dashboards, and analytical models that help our partners report consistently, visualize outcomes, and use data more effectively.
• We will have you compile regional methodologies and suggest knowledge management approaches, including a repository of local initiatives and metrics to compare results across organizations.
• We will have you recommend digital security protocols to safeguard sensitive personal and organizational data, especially in areas affected by active armed conflict.
• We will have you propose simple, concrete, and context-specific actions to strengthen digital security practices for TerritoriA and the Territorial Foundations.

We are Cuso International, an international cooperation and development organization based in Canada that works to create social and economic opportunities for equity-deserving groups. With more than sixty years of impact, we address the root causes of inequality and partner to advance economic resilience, equity and inclusion, and climate action. This volunteer placement is located in Bogotá, Colombia, with a start date of November 2026 and a placement length of five months. The project is Sharing Canadian Expertise for Inclusive Development and Gender Equality (SHARE), and our partner is TerritoriA.
